To our bee-lievers:

We are all going through very trying times. As 618 Bees’ CEO, I’m acutely aware of the role we play in the businesses we serve. In times of crisis, businesses and the self-employed face enormous financial challenges. This is the community that 618 Bees is built to support, because behind every business transaction, there’s a person/family that business supports.

Team 618 Bees is here to help during COVID-19

Our highest priority at this time as a business is the safety of our clients, partners, and our employees. And with the dominance of the coronavirus (COVID-19) both in the media and workplace, Team 618 Bees wants to make sure you know we are here to help you and your business stay compliant even at this time.

618 Bees corporate services remains open and ready to assist you. We will be online and on our phone lines Monday through Friday from 8am – 5pm.

The delivery time of some of our services may be slower due to the a close down of some of the government agencies and other third party organizations we work with but we will continue to provide you with the highest level of timely customer service until further notice. This includes but is not limited to the following items;

  • Business Name searches and reservations.
  • Trademark searches.

  • Contract review and drafting.
  • Business license and permits
  • Corporate Tax services

Team 618 Bees is working from home just like you!

As we work from home at this time, we will maintain good hygiene and maintain social distancing. And while we work from home, we will be monitoring guidance from Government agencies and the World Health Organization. We will maintain communication with our employees and update our clients on pending jobs as much as we can.

Here’s how we will specifically manage this COVID-19 situation working from home;

  • Our emails, website, phone lines and whatsApp channels will be open for communication with clients.
  • Every employee will work remotely from their homes to minimize social contact.
  • Team 618 Bees has contingencies in place to maintain our ability to meet our customer needs in a timely fashion.

History has shown us that during times of great difficulty, we see the best of humanity. Our individual choices at this trying time have the potential to meaningfully help those who need it most.

Let us all focus on the good at this time and support one another as we have a greater chance at fighting this virus as a community looking out for one another.

Thank you for bee-lieving!
